Designed for hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen LB Male Plug is a flat face quick disconnect coupling half built to meet and exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures. Constructed from carbon steel with NBR+AU seals, it is rated for a minimum working temperature of -13°F and delivers a flow rate of 20.3 gallons per minute with a torque rating of 43.8 lb/ft.
The push-to-connect end with a sleeve lock mechanism allows quick connect and disconnect without special tools, making it well suited for construction equipment, agricultural machinery, utility vehicles, on-highway vehicles, and stationary in-plant fluid transfer systems. The 1/2" port size with a BSPP female end connection is interchangeable with HTMA couplings in the 3/8" size. This plug complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23 EC Article 3.3 and is both REACH and RoHS compliant. The Hansen sub-brand is marketed under the Aeroquip brand.
