Coupling 1000 Series Male Steel

Description & Features

Designed for general pneumatics, construction, and industrial fluid transfer, the Coupling 1000 Series Male Steel is a push-to-connect male half from the Aeroquip Hansen 1000 Series line. Built from carbon steel with a Buna-N seal, it connects via a 1/8" NPTF port and uses a ball lock internal connection secured by a sleeve lock mechanism for reliable engagement during use.

The one-way valve design allows quick connect and disconnect without special tools, and the coupling meets both U.S. Industrial Interchange and A-A-59439 compliance standards, as well as Iso 6150 Series B certification. A rated flow of 179 gallons per minute and a minimum working temperature of -40°F make it well suited to demanding industrial plant and construction environments. The male configuration integrates directly with compatible Hansen 1000 Series female couplings.
