12MJ-12MBSPP Straight With Bonded Seal

Description & Features

A straight-configuration fitting designed to connect a 1-1/16-12 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare on one end to a 3/4-14 Male BSPP with 60-degree seat on the other, the 12MJ-12MBSPP Straight With Bonded Seal bridges JIC and BSPP thread standards in a single compact adapter. The bonded seal assembly, sourced as Brennan part 9900-12, provides a reliable face seal on the BSPP end, eliminating the need for thread sealant tape or compound at that connection.

Constructed from steel and fitted with an NBR O-ring seal, this fitting is well suited to hydraulic circuits where JIC and British Standard Parallel Pipe connections must be joined. Drill dimensions of 15.5 mm at the JIC end and 22.0 mm at the BSPP end are consistent with standard hydraulic line sizing for these thread classes. Manufactured by Brennan Industries under the 7002-Bs series, it carries a California Proposition 65 warning.
