reckon this will bolt right up in place of a C1JX36 without much fuss?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 29, 2025, 8:16 AM
Functionally, yes, the 134ME00005A motor will directly replace a C1JX36. You're getting the same Dowmax ME series axial piston motor.
Question by: Harold R on Aug 18, 2025, 4:19 PM
torque rating on this one says 667 newton metres -- is that what makes it good for low speed work, or is there somethin else goin on with how it's built?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 20, 2025, 6:07 AM
Low-speed performance in this motor comes from a combination of factors built into the axial piston design. The 667 Nm torque rating is a big part of it, giving you the muscle to hold load and move heavy equipment without needing high RPM to get there. High starting torque is specifically called out as a core characteristic, which matters a lot when you're bringing a load up from a dead stop. The axial piston style also contributes to overall efficiency across the operating range, so you're not bleeding off power just to keep things moving at slower speeds.
