Question by: Connie S on Aug 22, 2025, 12:02 PM
what kind of torque output are we talking on this motor? trying to figure out if it'll hold up to the load we're running
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 23, 2025, 5:48 PM
Rated at 7,290 newton metres of torque, this is a serious performer for heavy-load applications. The ME Series is built around high starting torque, so it handles demanding startup conditions better than a lot of motors in this class. If your system needs consistent pull right from the start, that output gives you a solid foundation to work with.

got a Dowmax ME series setup already. is this the axial piston motor folks call the ME series, or am i mixing things up
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 24, 2026, 6:58 AM
In the Dowmax ME Series line, this part is an axial piston motor, which is why you will see it grouped under low-speed piston motors and listed with axial style.
