Running 3/8 NPT fittings on a hydraulic line that sees some real pressure spikes, this swivel end on the female side, does it stay put or is it gonna work loose over time?

Swivel fittings like this one can feel a little loose before installation, but once the Male NPTF end is threaded in and the system is pressurized, the NPSM swivel seat locks up against the mating surface and holds position. Brennan built this to 6,000 psi dynamic pressure capacity, so moderate spikes well within that range won't cause the swivel to back off or leak down. trying to swap out an old adapter, is this the straight one that goes 3/8-18 male nptf to 3/8-18 female npsm swivel?
