Got a 3/4-14 male NPTF port on a hydraulic manifold and need to swivel a 1-11-1/2 female line onto it without leaking, this the right adapter for that?

trying to match up threads here, what are the two ends on this 12MP-16FPS straight adapter?

On one side it has a 3/4-14 male NPTF thread built to SAE J476. The other side is a 1-11-1/2 female NPSM swivel thread built to SAE J514.
