got a 1-11-1/2 male NPTF port on one side and need a 3/4-14 female swivel on the other. is that what this adapter is?

On the ends, it is a male NPTF thread for B1 with a 1-11-1/2 size (SAE J476), and the other end is a female NPSM swivel for B2 with a 3/4-14 size (SAE J514).
