Will this fitting work with standard NPT fittings, or does it need special adapters?

This fitting has a 1/4-18 FEMALE NPTF thread on one side, which is a standard NPT fitting type. The other side features a 1/2-14 FEMALE NPSM SWIVEL thread. You'll need to ensure your connecting components are compatible with these thread types.
