got a 3/4-14 female nptf port on one side and need the other end to swivel, is that what this adapter does?

Built for that exact mix, it has a 3/4-14 FEMALE NPTF thread on one end and a 3/4-14 FEMALE NPSM SWIVEL thread on the other, with the ends called out to SAE J476 (NPTF) and SAE J514 (NPSM swivel).
