This 45° Elbow Adapter is crafted from durable steel, designed to connect hydraulic systems efficiently. Featuring a male ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) connection on one side and a male BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) connection on the other, it ensures a reliable seal and compatibility with various hydraulic applications. The 13/16 - 16 UN threading on the ORFS side and G 1/2 - 14 threading on the BSPP side provide secure and precise connections, minimizing the risk of leaks.
With a consistent width of 26.5mm on both channels, this adapter maintains a robust profile, while its lengths of 23mm and 42mm offer adequate reach and flexibility during installation. This product is suitable for industrial settings where high performance and reliability are paramount. The 45° angled shape facilitates connections in tight spaces, optimizing system layouts. Trust Adaptall's engineering excellence to deliver a seamless integration into your hydraulic systems.

Question by: Danny M on Dec 7, 2025, 9:34 AM
Will this elbow adapter work with standard hydraulic fittings?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 8, 2025, 6:35 PM
This 45° elbow adapter is designed with a male ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) connection on one side and a male BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) connection on the other. This ensures compatibility with various hydraulic applications that use these standards.
Question by: Merle B on Jan 4, 2026, 8:27 PM
Got a hydraulic line coming off at a real awkward angle and I need to tie into a BSPP port without a bunch of extra fittings stacked up. Would this adapter do the trick if the BSPP side is a half-inch port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 6, 2026, 6:02 AM
Yeah, that setup lines up well here. The BSPP side on this fitting is a G 1/2-14 thread, which is a standard half-inch BSPP parallel thread. The ORFS side runs 13/16-16 UN, also sized at half-inch. The 45-degree angle is what makes it useful in cramped spots since it lets you redirect the line without needing additional elbows or couplings stacked in line. Both channels measure 26.5mm wide, and the two lengths come in at 23mm and 42mm, so there's enough reach on each end to make a clean, secure connection without fighting the surrounding hardware.
Question by: Debbie H on Apr 23, 2025, 9:27 AM
trying to hook an ORFS hose end to a BSPP port, will this elbow do that or am i mixing things up
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 24, 2025, 5:34 PM
For adapting between those two thread styles, it’s the right kind of fitting. One end is a 1/2 inch male ORFS with 13/16-16 UN threads, and the other end is a 1/2 inch male BSPP with G 1/2-14 threads, all in a 45 degree elbow.
