DANFOSS / EATON CONNECTOR

Description & Features

Constructed from brass, this 3/8 in. female-to-female-to-male tee adapter from Eaton Aeroquip provides a reliable branch connection for nylon tubing in air brake and fluid line applications. The Line/Hose/Tube Female × Line/Hose/Tube Female × NPTF Male configuration suits installations where a single line must split into two, with all three ports sized at 3/8 in.

The Danfoss / Eaton Connector is finished with Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance and is rated to perform at temperatures down to -40°F. It meets SAE 100425BA certification and is engineered to handle working pressures above standard SAE thresholds. With hundreds of available styles across the Aeroquip lineup, this fitting integrates readily into existing brake and fluid transfer line assemblies.

Question by: Terry C on Jul 17, 2025, 10:26 AM
brass construction on this thing, does that hold up decent against rust and corrosion out in the field?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 18, 2025, 6:28 PM
Eaton put a Dura-Kote plating on these connectors specifically to fight corrosion, so the brass body has an extra layer of protection beyond what you'd normally get from uncoated brass fittings. For most field environments, that combination holds up well over time.
