trying to replace a bent elbow on a hydraulic hose, is this one a 90 degree swivel with #16 female pipe on one end and #12 female pipe on the other?

got a line running #16 fittings but need to drop down to a #12 port on a valve body, will this swivel fitting handle that kind of transition?
