Got a piece of equipment running BSPT ports and everything on our end is NPT, will this adapter actually bridge those two thread types without needing extra fittings in between?

That's what this one's built for. One side is a 1-inch male NPT (11.5 threads per inch, NPTF spec) and the other is a 1-inch female BSPT (11 threads per inch). So if your equipment has a 1-inch female NPT port and you're trying to connect into a 1-inch male BSPT line, this adapter handles that crossover in a single piece. No extra couplings needed.

got a hose end that’s 1 inch nptf male, will this adapter screw right on and give me a 1 inch bspt female on the other side?

Built for that exact thread changeover, it has a 1 inch male NPTF end (1 - 11.5 NPTF) and a 1 inch female BSPT end (R 1 - 11), in a straight brass adapter.
