Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Todd S on Nov 26, 2025, 9:39 PM
Motor's rated at 975 newton metres of torque, is that enough grunt to hold up on a skid steer running tough terrain all day?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 28, 2025, 7:31 AM
For skid steer applications, 975 Nm is a solid torque rating and well within the range these motors are built for. The Geroler design keeps pressure drop lower than most competing motors in its class, which means you're not bleeding off energy as heat or losing drive force under load. Running it hard on rough ground day after day is exactly the kind of duty this motor was engineered around, so it's not just a number on paper.
