Designed for hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, the Danfoss / Eaton CPLGS, FF FEM Half FLUSH FACE ORB is a female half quick disconnect coupling built to ISO 16028 standards and rated to exceed that specification's operating pressures. It connects via a push-to-connect interface on one end and a 3/4" SAE O-ring Boss (ORB) port on the other, with a flat face internal connection type that minimizes fluid spillage during coupling and uncoupling.
Constructed from carbon steel with an NBR+AU seal, this coupling is suited for construction equipment, agricultural machinery, utility vehicles, on-highway vehicles, and stationary in-plant fluid transfer systems. A sleeve lock provides positive retention, and no special tools are required for connection or disconnection. At the 3/8" size, it is interchangeable with HTMA couplings. The coupling supports a flow rate of 21.7 gallons per minute and a torque rating of 46.1 lb/ft, with a minimum working temperature of -13°F. It carries RoHS and REACH compliance and meets the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC Article 3.3.
