Question by: Neal J on Apr 11, 2025, 8:05 AM
Got a 1-inch tube line that needs a 90-degree turn in a tight spot, will the dimensions on this elbow actually work for something like that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 12, 2025, 11:17 AM
For a 1-inch OD tube line, the fit should be right. The thread on the male JIC end is 1 5/16-12 UN, the flange side is sized for a 1-inch Code 61 flange port, and the across-flat measurement is 1 3/8 inches. The L1 runs 3.39 inches and L2 is 2.60 inches, so you can get a decent feel for how it'll sit in the space before you commit to the install. Tight quarters are exactly the kind of situation this form factor is built around.
