Got a 1/2" BSPP port on a hydraulic manifold that keeps weeping fluid around the fitting. Would this seal fix that?

Face seals like this one are exactly what that situation calls for. The Viton elastomer bonds to the steel washer and compresses against the port face when the fitting is torqued down, which cuts off that weep path at the thread connection. As long as your port is G 1/2 - 14 BSPP, the 28.5mm width lines up correctly for a proper seal.
