Part of the WEBTEC 180 Series, the 183-L2E rotary shear directional control valve is designed for hydraulic systems requiring reliable directional switching with minimal internal leakage. Rated to 207 bar (3000 psi) and a maximum flow of 38 L/min (10 US gpm), it suits a broad range of medium-pressure hydraulic applications.

The valve handles fluid temperatures from -30 to 120°C (-22 to 248°F) and is compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with other fluid compatibility available on request. Porting is via 9/16"-18UN #6 SAE ORB connections. The aluminium body incorporates a phenolic resin knob and carbon steel internals, with NBR seals providing dependable fluid integrity across the operating range. At 1.3 kg, the compact and lightweight construction makes it straightforward to integrate into existing hydraulic circuits.
