Manufactured by Midland Industries, the (S69-6-4) COMP/MPT Elbow 3/8x1/4 is a compression-to-male pipe thread elbow fitting designed to join tubing to threaded ports at a 90-degree angle. The 3/8-inch compression end connects to soft copper or compatible tubing, while the 1/4-inch male pipe thread end provides a reliable connection to standard threaded fittings and ports commonly found in hydraulic and fluid control assemblies.
This elbow configuration is well suited for routing lines through tight spaces or changing flow direction where a straight fitting would not be practical. Midland Industries fittings are a recognized standard in industrial fluid handling, and this elbow is consistent with that line's reputation for dimensional accuracy and dependable sealing performance.

Question by: Merle R on Nov 8, 2025, 9:45 AM
Got a 3/8 compression line coming off a soft copper tube that needs to turn and tie into a 1/4 NPT port, this elbow gonna work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 10, 2025, 6:39 AM
That's what this fitting is built for. The 3/8 compression end grabs onto soft copper tubing, and the 1/4-inch male pipe thread end threads right into a standard NPT port. The 90-degree angle lets you make that direction change without forcing the tubing into a bend it doesn't want to hold. Midland Industries machines these to tight dimensional tolerances, so the sealing on both ends tends to be solid right out of the box.
