This 1/4 A.B. PTC x 1/8 FNPT brass connector features Dura-Kote plating, providing superior corrosion resistance. Design flexibility is assured with hundreds of styles to choose from.

This Weatherhead push-to-connect swivel straight adapter is suitable for air brake systems, except where temperatures exceed +200°F or where battery acid can drip on the tubing. It meets and exceeds SAE standards with higher operating pressures. Not for fuel, water, or oil applications.

Reckon this here adapter would hold up alright in an air brake system on my old pickup?

Designed for air brake systems, this adapter is built to exceed SAE standards for operating pressure. Keep in mind it's not suitable where temperatures go above 200°F or where battery acid might drip.
