Description & Features

The Eaton Aeroquip Push-to-Connect Female Connector is engineered for reliable performance in air brake systems, excluding applications where temperatures exceed +200°F or where exposure to battery acid is possible. Constructed from durable brass, this adapter features superior corrosion resistance due to its Dura-Kote plating. It offers design flexibility with a wide array of styles to meet diverse industrial needs.

The connector boasts a male push-to-connect end and a female NPTF end, with a second end size of 0.375 inches. It surpasses SAE standards for operating pressure, making it a robust choice for demanding environments. Question by: Floyd S on Jul 13, 2025, 6:42 AM
Will this connector work for an air brake system on my truck?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 14, 2025, 3:48 PM
It's designed for air brake systems, but keep in mind it's not suitable where temperatures exceed +200°F or where battery acid might drip onto the tubing. Also, it's not for fuel, water, or oil lines.
Question by: Peggy P on Feb 10, 2026, 12:02 PM
got a nylon air brake line already, is this the kind of fitting that just pushes on and then threads into a port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 11, 2026, 5:22 PM
Push to Connect on one end means the tubing side is a push-in style connection, and the other end is a female NPTF pipe thread. It is a straight swivel adapter meant for air brake systems, so it is set up for exactly that kind of tubing-to-port hookup.
