trying to replace an old elbow on an air brake line. what sizes are on this 1869X10X6 fitting?

The push to connect end is a 0.625 female, and the other end is a 0.375 male NPTF. It is a 90 degree swivel elbow adapter.

does this fit a 5/8 push-to-connect line going into a 3/8 NPTF male port? trying to figure out if it'll work for an air brake setup i'm redoing
