Designed for air brake system connections, this brass Push-to-Connect/NPTF 90° Male Elbow Swivel from Eaton Aeroquip's Weatherhead line provides a right-angle transition between a 1/2" push-to-connect female end and a 1/4" NPTF male end. The 90° configuration supports directional routing in space-constrained installations without requiring additional fittings.

Constructed from brass with Dura-Kote plating, the adapter offers corrosion resistance suited to demanding environments with operating temperatures down to -40°. The fitting meets SAE AA02DD and SAE J1131 certifications, and is rated for operating pressures above standard SAE requirements.

trying to swap out an old elbow on an air brake line, what sizes are on this one?

For sizing, this swivel elbow has a 1/2 inch Push to Connect end on one side and a 1/4 inch NPTF male thread on the other.

Does this fitting hold up decent in air brake setups, or is it more of a light-duty thing?
