Designed for versatility and reliability, the Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter is an essential component for air brake systems. It features a durable brass construction with Dura-Kote plating, offering superior corrosion resistance. This adapter is perfect for applications where temperatures do not exceed 200°F and where exposure to battery acid is not a concern. It is not suitable for fuel, water, or oil applications.
The adapter offers flexible connectivity with its push-to-connect female ends and a male NPTF end, accommodating various system configurations. The end sizes are 0.25 inches for the female connections and 0.125 inches for the male connection, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of setups. With a design that supports higher operating pressures above SAE standards, this adapter is a robust choice for demanding environments.

So, this thing ain't supposed to get battery acid dripped on it, right? Just double-checking.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 5, 2025, 6:42 AM
That's correct. The manufacturer specifically says to avoid air brake systems where battery acid might come into contact with the adapter.
