Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

Designed for air brake system assemblies, this 1/4-inch brass tee adapter from the Weatherhead line by Aeroquip provides a three-port push-to-connect and male NPTF configuration suited for flexible routing in compressed air circuits. All three ports share a 1/4-inch size, with two female push-to-connect ends and one male NPTF center connection, enabling branch connections without the need for additional fittings.

The Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter is constructed from brass and finished with Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance in demanding environments. It is rated for use in air brake applications where temperatures do not exceed +200°F and where exposure to battery acid or incompatible fluids is not a concern, it is not suitable for fuel, water, or oil service. Operating pressures exceed SAE standards, and the broad range of available Weatherhead styles supports adaptation across varied air system configurations.

Question by: Ralph C on Sep 21, 2025, 1:29 PM
Will this here fitting work okay for hooking up some air lines on my truck's brake system? Don't want no leaks!
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 22, 2025, 5:52 PM
Designed specifically for air brake systems, this adapter should work great for your truck, as long as the temperatures don't get above +200°F and you're not worried about battery acid getting on it. It's not meant for fuel, water, or oil lines, though.
