Designed for air brake system applications, this brass tee adapter from the Weatherhead line by Aeroquip combines a push-to-connect configuration with an NPTF male center port. All three ports are sized at 3/8 in., with two female push-to-connect ends flanking a male NPTF connection, making it well-suited for branching air lines where a reliable swivel tee arrangement is needed. Brass construction supports durability in demanding environments, and the adapter is rated for use in air brake systems where temperatures do not exceed +200°F. It is not intended for use with fuel, water, or oil.
The Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter features Dura-Kote plating for strong corrosion resistance and is built to handle operating pressures above SAE standards. The Weatherhead product line offers broad configuration flexibility, with a wide range of compatible styles available across the series.

Reckon this'll hold up alright for a truck's air brakes?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 3, 2025, 2:48 PM
It sure should. This adapter's made from brass with a Dura-Kote plating, so it's tough against corrosion, and it can handle the pressure in air brake systems just fine. Just keep in mind it's not for temperatures over 200°F.
