Designed for air brake systems, the Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter provides reliable connectivity where temperatures remain below 200°F and exposure to battery acid is absent. Constructed from durable brass, this adapter offers robust performance in demanding environments. It features a Push to Connect female end, a male NPTF end, and a second female end, with sizes of 0.5 inches and 0.375 inches. The Dura-Kote plating ensures superior corrosion resistance, extending the lifespan of the fitting beyond standard expectations.
Offering design flexibility, the adapter is part of the Weatherhead sub-brand, which includes a wide range of styles to suit various applications. Its ability to operate at pressures above SAE standards makes it a versatile choice for industrial uses. Please note, this product is not suitable for fuel, water, or oil applications.

Question by: Billy H on Dec 2, 2025, 4:35 PM
Reckon this adapter would hold up alright in an air brake system on my old pickup? I'm mostly concerned about corrosion.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 4, 2025, 10:23 AM
Dura-Kote plating is included for superior corrosion resistance. It should hold up well unless exposed to battery acid.
