This Danfoss / Eaton brass adapter is a push-to-connect tee/Y adapter with three ports.

The Weatherhead adapter features Dura-Kote plating for corrosion resistance and design flexibility. Operating pressures exceed SAE standards. This fitting is designed for air brake systems, except where temperatures exceed +200°F or where battery acid can drip on tubing. It is not intended for fuel, water, or oil applications. The female ports are size 0.5, and the male port is size 0.375.

Can I use this with my existing air brake setup?

This adapter is designed for air brake systems, offering flexibility and corrosion resistance. However, it's not suitable if temperatures exceed +200°F or if battery acid might drip on the tubing. Also, keep in mind it's not for fuel, water, or oil applications.
