Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

A Push-to-Connect female by NPTF male union configuration makes this Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter well suited for air brake system applications where a reliable, leak-resistant connection is required. Constructed from brass and finished with Dura-Kote plating, it offers strong resistance to corrosion in demanding service environments. The 3/8 in. push-to-connect end pairs with a 3/4 in. NPTF male thread, with a 0.94 in. hex for consistent wrench engagement during installation.

Rated for use in air brake systems, this fitting is not intended for fuel, water, or oil service, and should not be used in applications where temperatures exceed 200°F or where battery acid exposure is possible. Part of the Weatherhead line from Aeroquip, it is designed to meet higher operating pressures above SAE standards, with hundreds of available styles offering broad configuration flexibility across compatible systems.

Reckon this'll hold up alright in a system that sees some vibration?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 3, 2025, 8:36 AM
Dura-Kote plating on this brass adapter should give you good corrosion resistance, which helps it last, even with some shakin' and rattlin'. It's made for air brake systems, and those can be pretty demanding.
