Designed for air brake systems, this Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter connects a 1/4" push-to-connect female end to a 1/8" NPTF male port in a 45° elbow configuration. The brass construction and Dura-Kote plating provide reliable corrosion resistance across a working temperature range starting at -40°F, making it well-suited for demanding mobile and industrial air brake environments.
Part of the Eaton Aeroquip Weatherhead line, this adapter meets and exceeds SAE pressure standards, offering higher operating pressure capability than baseline SAE requirements. With hundreds of available styles in the Weatherhead fitting family, sourcing compatible adapters for varied port configurations is straightforward.

Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Gene P on Nov 25, 2025, 4:47 PM
what's the port sizes on this thing, the push connect end and the threaded end both?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 27, 2025, 3:26 PM
The push-to-connect end is 1/4 inch and the threaded male NPTF end is 1/8 inch. It's a 45-degree swivel elbow configuration, so you get a bit of repositioning flexibility once it's seated. Brass construction with Dura-Kote plating, so corrosion resistance is solid for air brake system use.
