Constructed from stainless steel, this straight hydraulic adapter connects a DIN tube fitting (M18 x 1.5 male) on one side to a male BSPP port (G 1/4-19) on the other, making it well-suited for mixed-standard hydraulic circuit connections where corrosion resistance is a requirement. The Ss Din X Mbspp Es Seal Complete from Adaptall uses an ES (elastomeric) seal configuration on the BSPP side for reliable leak-free performance without the need for thread sealant.
Overall length runs 31.5mm (L1), with a 12.5mm L2 and 12mm L3 dimension, and a hex width of 22mm for standard wrench engagement. The L12 DIN side accepts 12mm tube, while the 1/4" BSPP side provides compatibility with common metric and BSP hydraulic components. Stainless steel construction makes this adapter appropriate for environments where carbon steel hardware would face corrosion concerns.

Question by: Randy M on Aug 3, 2025, 7:32 PM
i’ve got a 12mm DIN tube fitting on one end and a 1/4 BSPP port on the other. is this the right adapter to tie those together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 5, 2025, 7:10 PM
For tying those two standards together, it matches a male M18 x 1.5 DIN tube end (L12 for 12mm tube) on one side and a male G 1/4-19 BSPP end on the other.

Got a hydraulic setup running both DIN and BSP components and need something to tie em together without a bunch of thread tape or sealant mess. this adapter gonna hold up without it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 15, 2025, 11:33 AM
The BSPP side uses an elastomeric seal built right into the fitting, so thread sealant is not needed on that end. The ES seal configuration handles the leak prevention for you. Stainless steel construction keeps corrosion from becoming a problem in mixed-metal or wet environments. For the DIN side, that M18 x 1.5 male thread connects to 12mm tube, and the G 1/4-19 BSPP male side ties into standard quarter-inch BSP ports. Straight configuration, 22mm hex, so a standard wrench gets you where you need to go.
