This Adaptall fitting is a straight DIN tube x male NPT adapter.

It features a M36 x 2.0 Side 1 callout with a M (male) Side 1 gender, and a S25 Side 1 size. Side 1 is a DIN Tube type. It also features a 1 - 11.5 NPTF Side 2 callout with a M (male) Side 2 gender, and a 1" Side 2 size. Side 2 is a NPT type. The Din X Male Npt is constructed of stainless steel and has a 41mm Adaptall Ch Width, a 57mm Adaptall L1 Length, a 20mm Adaptall L2 Length, and a 25mm Adaptall L3 Length.

what's the thread size on the NPT end of this fitting? trying to match it up to some existing lines we got running 1-inch connections

The NPT side comes in at 1 inch with an 11.5 thread pitch, so it carries the standard 1-11.5 NPTF callout. That male NPT end should mate up clean with any standard 1-inch female NPT port you've got on your existing lines.

trying to swap a DIN tube end over to NPT, is this the straight adapter with M36 x 2.0 on one side and 1 inch NPTF on the other?

For that DIN to pipe thread changeover, it matches a DIN tube connection on Side 1 with an M36 x 2.0 male thread (S25), and a male 1 inch 1-11.5 NPTF connection on Side 2.
