Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic applications, this carbon steel fitting features a Female JIC/SAE 37° swivel end with a 90° elbow configuration, sized for -12 hose dash size. The Aeroquip FTG is built with Dura-Kote plating, providing strong resistance to corrosion in demanding service environments. Engineered as part of a system-matched crimp fitting series, it is designed to extend hose assembly service life and support consistent uptime in hydraulic circuits. Where shock hazards are a concern, Aeroquip H277 or H435 fittings are recommended as alternatives.

How well does this fitting hold up to rust? I'm using it outdoors on some farm equipment.
