AEROQUIP MM FITTING

Description & Features

Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic applications, this carbon steel flanged hose fitting from Eaton Aeroquip connects a flanged end to a line, hose, or tube in a -16 dash size configuration. The SAE Code 61 design suits systems where controlled connection geometry and reliable sealing are priorities. Where shock hazards are a concern, pairing with H277 or H435 hose is recommended.

The Aeroquip MM Fitting is built with Dura-Kote plating to provide strong corrosion resistance in demanding environments. Engineered as part of Aeroquip's 1A Series crimp hose fitting system, the design focuses on extending hose assembly service life and maintaining uptime. Material is carbon steel, and the fitting is manufactured to consistent dimensional standards with a product width of 1.94 inches and a drop dimension of 1.51 inches.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Debbie M on Nov 1, 2025, 5:38 PM
does this fitting work for general hydraulic lines, or is it built for somethin more specific?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 3, 2025, 6:40 AM
Carbon steel construction and SAE Code 61 flanged end make it well suited for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic systems. The 60 degree elbow geometry helps when routing hose in tight spaces where a straight fitting just won't clear. Keep in mind the product notes call for H277 or H435 fittings in applications where shock hazards are present, so this one is better matched to stable, predictable line conditions.

This Aeroquip fitting is designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics. It's often used with H277 or H435 hoses if you're worried about shock hazards.
