Ftng (perm), 61-flange

Description & Features

Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic circuits, this carbon steel fitting from Eaton Aeroquip delivers reliable performance in a 45-degree elbow flange configuration. The -32 hose dash size pairs a flanged end with a line/hose/tube end, making it well suited for connecting hose assemblies where directional routing is required. For applications where shock hazards are a concern, H277 or H435 series fittings are recommended instead.

As part of the Aeroquip 1A Series crimp hose fitting line, the Ftng (perm), 61-flange conforms to SAE Code 61 flange standards and is constructed from carbon steel with Dura-Kote plating for strong corrosion resistance. The system-engineered design supports extended hose assembly service life and consistent uptime across demanding hydraulic installations.

Question by: Gary S on Jul 14, 2025, 8:23 AM
what's the material on this fitting, and is it gonna hold up to some rust over time?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 15, 2025, 3:49 PM
Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating, which is an Aeroquip corrosion resistance treatment that goes above and beyond standard zinc plating in terms of durability. For general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic systems, that level of surface protection holds up well in typical working environments.

Reckon this fitting'll hold up okay for general hydraulic work on my farm equipment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 28, 2025, 9:27 PM
Designed for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics, this fitting should work well on your farm equipment. For systems where shock hazards are present, the H277 or H435 hoses are recommended.
Question by: Melvin E on Dec 9, 2025, 6:21 PM
got a -32 hose and need a 45 elbow with a code 61 flange, is that what this 1A24FLA32 is set up for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 11, 2025, 1:42 PM
For a -32 hose assembly, this fitting matches that dash size and it is a SAE Code 61 45 degree elbow with a flanged end, so it fits the “-32 and Code 61 flange, 45 elbow” need you’re describing.
