Female swivel BSPP flat face on one end, hose/line connection on the other. It's a permanent crimp fitting, so once it's assembled onto the hose, that's it. Not meant to be taken apart and reused. The -12 hose dash size tells you what hose ID it's built for, and the 3/4 inch BSPP thread is what connects to your port or component on the other end.
