Running a medium pressure hydraulic line and need to know if this fitting'll work with the hose I already got on hand, it's an H435. Will this connect up right?

H435 hose is one of the two hose types specifically called out as compatible with this fitting, so you're good there. That pairing is actually the recommended setup when shock hazards are present in the application. Just make sure your connection point is a female SAE 37 end type, since that's what this fitting is built for on that side.
