Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Wayne R on Oct 13, 2025, 2:00 PM
fitting says it works with H277 or H435 hose, does that mean I can't run it on anything else, or is that just where they recommend it when shock is a concern?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 14, 2025, 8:21 PM
Those two hose types are specifically called out for situations where shock hazards are present. Outside of that condition, this is rated for general-purpose low and medium-pressure hydraulic use, so the H277 and H435 callout is really about matching the right hose when your system sees pressure spikes or shock loads. If shock isn't a factor in your application, the fitting still works within its general-purpose hydraulic scope.
