Question by: Melvin K on May 5, 2025, 12:42 PM
Does this fitting need any thread sealant when you put it together, or is it good to go right out of the box?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 7, 2025, 7:11 AM
No sealant required on this one. The FJIC swivel connection is a flare-type fitting, and that metal-to-metal seat is what does the sealing work. Just make sure your flare surfaces are clean and in good shape, get your torque right, and you're set.
