Question by: Larry T on Aug 13, 2025, 5:14 PM
trying to match up a crimp fitting i’ve got, what are the end style and hose size on this one?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 14, 2025, 7:55 PM
For fit-up, it’s a Field Crimp fitting assembly with a female ORS end on one side, and it’s built for a -24 hose dash size.
Question by: Carl S on Nov 5, 2025, 1:20 PM
What kind of corrosion protection does this fitting have on it? Running equipment outdoors and rust has been a real problem for us with cheaper fittings.
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 6, 2025, 6:56 PM
Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating is what sets this one apart from standard uncoated fittings. That plating gives it notably better corrosion resistance, so it holds up a lot longer in environments where moisture or the elements are a regular factor. If rusting out fittings has been eating into your uptime, this is a solid step up from bare steel.
