A -6 hose dash size crimp fitting in carbon steel construction, the Aeroquip Field Crimp - Code FC is a male SAE 37° (JIC) hose end designed for use with Aeroquip's 1G Series crimp hose assembly system. The male end measures 0.5625 inches with a hex size of 0.6875 inches, making it compatible with standard -6 line connections in hydraulic hose assemblies.

Finished with Dura-Kote plating, this fitting provides solid corrosion resistance in demanding industrial environments. The system-engineered design is intended to extend hose assembly service life and support reliable uptime in hydraulic circuits. As a field crimp fitting, it is suited for assembly in the field or shop using compatible Aeroquip crimping equipment.

Reckon this fitting will hold up alright in a humid shop environment, or will I be wrestling with rust down the line?

Dura-Kote plating should give you good corrosion resistance, even if things get a little damp. It's made to handle demanding industrial environments, so a bit of humidity shouldn't be a problem.
