1VR200 Series Pilot-Operated Spool Type Relief Cartridge Valve, 145-3045 PSI Screw Adjustment, Housing: SAE-16 ports

Designed for continuous-duty pressure control in hydraulic circuits, the 1VR200 Series Pilot-Operated Spool Type Relief Cartridge Valve uses a ventable, internally pilot-operated design to accurately limit system pressure across constant or varying flow conditions. The vent port supports remote pilot configurations, enabling two-pressure system setups or remote and manual pump unloading.

Pressure is adjustable from 145 to 3,045 PSI via screw adjustment, with a maximum operating pressure rating of 5,000 PSI. Note that applications exceeding 3,000 PSI require a steel housing. The valve installs into a screw-in cartridge cavity (size A16102) with SAE-16 ports and handles flow up to 52 GPM. Nitrile seals and steel valve construction suit standard hydraulic fluid service, and a recommended filtration level of 18/16/13 microns applies. The housing is sold separately from the Model 1VR200 cartridge.
