Got a half-inch hose fitting I need to clamp down on an air line that sees a good bit of vibration. Will this clamp hold up to that kind of punishment?

Zinc-plated steel construction and the two-ear pinch design make this clamp well-suited for exactly that kind of application. The way these work, you close the first ear all the way, then bring the second ear down until the first opens back up just slightly, about a 1/16 inch gap. That sequence builds a spring-like tension into the clamp so it stays tight even as vibration cycles and the hose material shifts over time.
