Question by: Freddie H on Jan 16, 2026, 8:08 PM
got a 3/4 male pipe thread on one side and need to go into a 45 degree flare, is that what this adapter is for
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 6:09 PM
Built for exactly that connection, it is an NPTF male on one end and an SAE 45° male flare on the other, in a straight adapter body.
Question by: Ricky S on Oct 4, 2025, 7:41 AM
So this adapter, it'll hook up a 3/4 inch NPTF to a 3/4 inch SAE 45 degree fitting? Just wanna make sure I'm gettin' the right thing.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 5, 2025, 5:17 PM
Yes, this Eaton Aeroquip adapter is indeed a straight adapter designed to connect a 3/4 inch male NPTF fitting to a 3/4 inch male SAE 45-degree flare fitting.
Question by: Lance F on Jul 3, 2025, 12:22 PM
does this thing have both NPTF and SAE 45 ends on it, or is it one type all the way through?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 5, 2025, 6:14 AM
Both ends are different. One side is 3/4 NPTF male and the other is 3/4 SAE 45 degree male, so it bridges those two connection types in a straight configuration. That's the whole point of this adapter, converting between pipe thread and flare fittings without needing extra components in between.
