The Danfoss / Eaton Char-Lynn 2000 Series Disc Geroler Standard motor excels in various industrial applications including swing motors brush cutters mowers and harvesting machinery. With an advanced design it boasts a 14.90 cu in/rev displacement and robust 1 in. straight keyed shaft.

Equipped with 2 bolt SAE A mounting flange and 7/8-14 St.Thd. O-Ring ports this motor offers superior installation flexibility. Its highly-efficient Geroler technology minimizes pressure drops ensuring optimal performance and energy savings.

Engineered for durability it supports a maximum case pressure of 2000 PSI without a case drain and can operate up to 180 F. Adhering to ISO cleanliness standards it requires premium quality anti-wear hydraulic fluids for optimal longevity.

Recommended break-in involves running the motor for approximately one hour at 30% of rated pressure to ensure maximum lifespan. Minimal fluid viscosity at operating temperature is 70 SUS with an ideal range of 100-200 SUS.

motor's been running fine but I want to make sure I ain't putting too much back pressure on it without a case drain line hooked up, what's the limit on that?

Without an external case drain, max case pressure on this motor is 2000 PSI. If your system runs continuous back pressure above that threshold, you'll need to add an external case drain line and make sure it's plumbed so the motor case stays full of fluid at all times. Running above 2000 PSI without that drain is where things start to go wrong in a hurry.
