Description & Features

The Danfoss Power Solutions II LLC Char-Lynn 2000 Series Disc Geroler Standard motor is specially designed for industrial applications such as swing motors brush cutters mowers and harvesting equipment. Its 18.7 cu in/rev displacement and highly-efficient Geroler design ensure minimal pressure drop and energy savings.

The 2 Bolt SAE A mounting flange and 1-1/4 in. straight keyed shaft provide robust installation options. The motor features 1-1/16-12 St.Thd. O-ring ports oriented 180 degrees apart for versatile connectivity.

With a torque rating of 765 newton meters this motor supports challenging tasks. Designed to operate within a fluid viscosity range of 100-200 SUS it can sustain maximum case pressures up to 2000 PSI without a case drain.

To prolong motor life a break-in period at 30% of the rated pressure is recommended. The motor is compatible with premium anti-wear type hydraulic fluids and should be maintained with filtration levels per ISO Cleanliness Code 18/13.

been running a brush cutter setup and need something that'll hold up to the torque demands without dropping too much pressure across the motor. what's the displacement and torque output on this one?

At 18.7 cubic inches per revolution, this motor puts out 765 newton meters of torque, which is a solid number for brush cutter and mowing applications. The Geroler design is known for keeping pressure drop low compared to other motor styles at similar displacement, so you're not burning extra energy just moving fluid through the unit. That efficiency advantage is one of the main reasons this series gets spec'd into heavy-duty cutting equipment.
