The DANFOSS / EATON ADPT 1/2 MP 8 MJIC features Dura-Kote plating, providing enhanced corrosion resistance.

This elbow adapter offers design flexibility, with operating pressures exceeding SAE standards. It is constructed of carbon steel and features a 0.5-inch male NPTF end and a 0.75-inch male SAE 37-degree flared end. This adapter meets SAE 071502 certifications and is designed to function in a minimum working temperature of -65 degrees Fahrenheit.

got a 1/2 nptf male line and need to turn into a 37 degree flare, is this the right elbow for that?

For adapting between those two connection styles, this elbow is a NPTF male on one end and an SAE 37 degree male flare on the other. End size 1 is 0.5 on the NPTF side, and end size 2 is 0.75 on the SAE 37 side, so it fits that basic NPTF to 37 degree flare changeover in a 90 degree elbow.
