what's the thread size on the pipe end of this fitting? trying to match it up to a 1/8 port on a pump housing

The pipe end on this adapter is 1/8 NPTF male. That's the tapered pipe thread side, which seals by thread interference rather than needing a separate sealant, though many folks still use thread tape or paste depending on the application. The flare end is 1/4 inch SAE 37 degree male, so you've got a 90 degree turn between those two connections.
