Question by: Hank H on Jan 9, 2026, 4:58 PM
trying to swap out a bent fitting. are both ends on this one M22 x 1.5 DIN tube, with one male and one female?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 10, 2026, 5:35 PM
Both sides are M22 x 1.5 DIN Tube connections. Side 1 is male and side 2 is female, so it works as a male to female DIN tube swivel in that same size.
Question by: Kent C on May 18, 2025, 11:02 AM
Both ends are M22 x 1.5, but one's male and one's female, does that mean this thing can work as an inline swivel between two fixed DIN tube fittings, or is it more of a termination point kind of deal?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 20, 2025, 6:36 AM
The male end threads into a fixed female DIN port, and the female end receives a male DIN fitting or line end. That combination lets it bridge two connection points in a system while allowing rotational movement at the swivel joint. So yes, it can function between two fixed points as long as both sides of your system present the correct mating threads, M22 x 1.5 on each side.
Question by: Lance R on Mar 11, 2026, 9:21 PM
Will this swivel work with standard DIN fittings, or is it proprietary?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 13, 2026, 5:51 PM
This swivel is designed to be compatible with other standard DIN Tube fittings, so it should integrate seamlessly into your existing systems using that standard.
